Internet Radio Recorder

which is the best Internet radio player or recorder for use in the Internet connection speed low?
which is the best Internet radio player or a recorder for use in low-speed Internet connection? And I know there is a program for recording Internet radio to listen in the future, as the iPod? thanks
When working in Windows, I use WinAmp for playing music online. There really is no "best" player in online music slow connection, but everything is based on the speed of your connection. Unfortunately, if one of the few unlucky to be stuck on dial-up yet, you can hear Internet radio, but try listening to something else, say, 28k/sec, otherwise you start to get lag spikes (you hear the music for a few seconds, then freezes, is an endless loop). I personally do not record music online, but if you want, try a program like RipCast. I am attaching the link at the bottom. Greetings. http://www.xoteck.com/ripcast/ http://www.winamp.com
