Ipad Starbucks

Who needs an IPAD?
The Ipad Apple is receiving mixed reviews and the thing has not even hit the market yet. All websites high-tech or guru is talking about the device as if it's a piece of technology changing world, others are calling for a high dollar doorstop. Yo, I can not think of a single good thing to say about it is not just another expensive gadget you can keep inside your local Starbucks so you can look cool at all those of the other wi-fi customers drinking coffee overrated expensive. Sure you can read books on the device, but you can buy a lot of used books very well (I'm Pocket speaking, real books here) for much less money, and if accidentally dropped one of the books similar role, will not break you. I guess I do not understand well the point of IPAD. Is it a computer, cell phone, or what? Even the support of the web standard for video on the Internet component of Flash! In my opinion, if you want to spend your hard earned dollars on technology, then get a laptop or one of those $ 250 computers Web.
Apple is conditioning the public into thinking that their products are superior. As a side note, is not that what advertising is making us ALL? Conditioned we are accepting that the advertised product is superior to the currently owned or used? Frankly, I'm tired of being conditioned to believe what the media tells me to buy.
Back to IPAD … I do not think I will ever have one. As a matter of fact, the only claim ownership to an Apple product, the iPod. Now that is a device useful. I have almost my entire music collection stored on this little technological marvel concert 80. I bike ride a lot of miles during the warmer months and the device that goes with me everywhere, music blasting in my ears so I will not start those pedals. It fits in your pocket and I can not imagine a travel without it. The IPAD not do a very good travel companion on a bicycle, even if it could turn the pedals for me.
The jury is still deliberating on the IPAD, but you can bet there will be a line around the block from my local Best Buy, when Apple released later this year. One thing is certain … I will not be on that line. Besides, I prefer Starbucks coffee 7-11 in one day!
