What is the relationship between shamanism and schizophrenia?

in other cultures where shamanism is practiced altered states of consciousness is seen as a kind of gift that the person has a gift to unblock her unconscious, then finally, the collective consciousness and even, in some cultures, alternative spiritual realms. Do you think this is garbage. It seems Western medicine does. I can hardly believe we know everything there is to know about psychotic or trance or meditation states. It seems that some of these so-called primitive cultures were not all that original after all.

First, there must be realize that there is nothing physically wrong with those diagnosed with schizophrenia. This type of western medicine is merely the inability to understand that there is a supernatural existence. Indeed there are two types of people who have the experience of schizophrenia. There are those who receive as a result of the blessings such as those diagnosed with schizophrenia (the saints), and there are those who experience it as a result of the abolition of the "veil of the senses." The reduction of input senses is what is required to experience the supernatural. This can be achieved through drugs or by isolation, as in an isolation tank or even some cases of detention lonely. Science asks much of what is experienced as amazing – it is not. They experience the invisible reality.
